Family Law Personal Assistant

 

We are currently seeking an experienced and career focused Personal Assistant to work in our Family Law team. This dynamic, full-time role provides scope to build effective relationships with clients and take responsibility for the administrative support functions working with a Family Law Accredited Specialist/Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Formatting and editing Court documents and other correspondence
• Dictatyping
• Arranging meetings and conferences
• Telephone attendances with clients, Counsel and other relevant persons
• E-Brief preparation
• Diary Management
• Filing documents on the Commonwealth Courts Portal
• Collating briefs for Counsel and Expert Witnesses
• Preparing tax invoices and billings
• Opening files on Affinity Practice Management system
• Management and saving of Emails into Affinity Practice Management system in line with    documented saving conventions
• Accounts based duties, arranging EFT requests, cheque requisitions and reviewing financial ledgers
• Experience in remote working practices including Zoom/Dropbox
• Other administrative duties

Attributes:

You will have a minimum of ten years experience as Family Law Personal Assistant with strong Microsoft Office skills and Affinity experience.   Read More
